Rasheed Clarke

I live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and work as a communications specialist and freelance writer.

In 2011, I published a book of short stories about living with ulcerative colitis titled, Three Tablets Twice Daily. A few years after the book was published, my UC became harder to manage with both traditional and alternative treatments, and I elected to have my colon removed in 2013. I lived with an ostomy for nine months before having it reversed, and since 2014 I've been living with a pelvic pouch. My blog is where you can read up on how I’ve been doing since my surgeries.

Aside from dealing with a dysfunctional digestive system, I like watching the beautiful game, and admiring, analyzing, and often buying the beautiful shirts that adorn the players. I also dig running, design, and fashion.
